This is a girl whose mother loved her very much. So much so that a few years ago when she found out that she was sick, she made arrangements so that she would be safe and cared for if/when the time came. We hoped that call would not come for a very very long time, but sadly her designated representative contacted us a few days ago to let us know that Isabella's mother was not likely to be with her for much longer and she passed just a few short days later. Because of her mother's love, she was not left in dire straights, destined for a scary shelter or worse. She is a stunning 7-8-year-old girl who is also very sweet. Change is not easy for any cat, but she has adjusted quickly to her foster home. She is a little shy at first but does like to play and be petted and loved. We knew from her mother, based on her history, that she does need to be an only child and we will respect that.
