This precious boy was found on the window sill of one of our foster's neighbor's houses. They didn't know what to do and so they called her for help. She walked right up to him and he said thank you very much, I'm hungry. He has since been lovingly fostered and is doing well. He is still a little shy at first but he is a playful, sweet little guy who deserves nothing but the best in life.
