This precious little girl was found by one of our wonderful foster moms, at her construction office. Harper was in horrible shape having been nearly drained of life by fleas, leaving her severely anemic. Thanks to our wonderful vets and her fabulous foster mom's love and care, she is doing wonderfully today! She is very sweet, loving and playful! She is also ready to find her forever home.
