This amazing (~5yr) boy was rescued by some wonderful people in North Carolina. Sadly, his family didn't want him and instead of helping him find a new home, they simply neglected him. He is very sweet, but a little shy because of all the dramatic changes he has experienced lately. His coat was SEVERELY matted like a pelt to his skin, so much so they couldn't be sure of his gender. We go to great lengths to keep their coats and so if we agreed that he needed to be shaved, then that means it was BAD. So, that is a big scary change for him already. It also turns out that, contrary to popular belief, he is not a girl, as originally thought, he is a boy who needed a more complicated surgery to neuter him. So, we have taken care of all of his medical needs and he is a sweet healthy boy who is just trying to relax in his foster home, but the best thing for him would be to get into a loving forever home soon.
