Free eyeliner application lessons! Esther was found along with her brother Timothy outside an apartment complex all alone. The good Samaritans that found them tried their best to help them but they were in over their heads. These babies were covered in fleas and miserable. We were thrilled to be able to help them and after a bath, some Capstar and everything else they could possibly need, they are now thriving in their loving foster home. Now it's time for them to find loving homes of their very own!
