Joseph Smith Needs a Home!! This handsome 8-yr old man was discovered going door to door in a Nashville neighborhood. He seemed bound and determined to tell the neighbors something but was ultimately unable to get the word out. We couldn't stand the thought of him continuing to walk the streets alone any longer and we got him into a foster home. We looked everywhere for his bicycle but were unable to locate it. He quickly realized how nice it is to live indoors. He is oh so very sweet, affectionate, and loving. He shows his affection willingly and with great enthusiasm. His challenge, however, is that he sometimes gets carried away. This can result in overstimulation and can be problematic for someone who is not well versed in feline behavior and communication. This is why we would only be comfortable adopting Joseph to someone who we felt confident can watch, learn, and listen to him and avoid such problems. We also don't think it would be wise for him to be in a home with any miniature humans. We want his forever home to be set up for success and we are very happy to discuss all this with you further once we have your application. He may be somewhat idiosyncratic, but he is also strikingly handsome and amazingly sweet and loving. He just needs the right person. Is that person you?
