Don't you just LOVE it when you unexpectedly get flowers? Well, that's what happened here! Fleur is the most wonderful ~2-yr-old Exotic Shorthair who was dumped out of a car in front of someone's home. They couldn't keep her but knew she didn't belong out in the world alone and word to got us that she needed help. We were grateful that a foster spot was open. She quickly began to blossom in her foster home, literally. It soon became obvious that we had rescued more than just sweet Fleur! After 48 days her bouquet of half a dozen little buds arrived! We suspect she was dumped because she cross-pollinated with a flower of a different "breed." Now that they are old enough to start finding forever homes of their very own, it is also time for Fleur to find her loving forever family too. She has had occasion to meet the foster family's permanent residents and as it turns out she may be best suited to be an only kitty. It turns out she is not really what one might call a wallflower, a wilting lily, or shrinking violet... In fact, she's more of a rose bush when it comes to other kitties, perhaps a little prickly. Having said that she is a sweet, loving, wonderful kitty who will be a delight for any family.
