Well, sweet Gouda is back with us, yet again through no fault of her own. This girl just cannot catch a break. This time, she apparently just wasn't what her adopter expected. This is now the third time people have failed her. Prior to this, she was returned to us when a faraway animal control shelter in another state called after she was dumped there. Thank goodness for microchips! She came back that time horribly obese, but worked really hard during her COVID quarantine and is now a perfectly healthy weight. She also had some horrible dental issues that we have addressed. She is a healthy happy 7-yr-old girl who just needs someone to love her and understand what it means to make a commitment. She is sweet and fun and full of life. She would be happiest as the only kitty in your life (not too unusual for torties).
