This precious girl was rescued from a local animal control shelter which is a tough place for an itty bitty. She was under the weather when we got her with an upper respiratory infection. After a little bit, we discovered that she had a guest visiting in her nose. At her vet visit a Cuterebra (aka Wolf Worm) peeked out and the vet was able to rid her of this parasite who was taking up valuable real estate. (We suggest you not Google this if you are easily creeped out). She is now breathing freely and feeling MUCH better. She is flourishing in her fostering home and she is a loving, playful, sweet little who will make a wonderful friend and companion.
