This precious three-year-old girl came to us from a shelter in west TN. She and her sister were rescued from a pretty bad situation and were in pretty rough shape when they arrived. Her sister was adopted directly from the shelter and Turtle came to us to recuperate in a loving foster home. She is a sweet little girl who loves to play, run up and down the stairs, and eats! Boy, is she a good eater! As a result, her coat looks fabulous now! She is still a little shy and easily startled, but that should get better with time in a permanent, safe loving home that she can trust. She would be happiest in a quiet home without a lot of activity, kids or other pets.
