We have learned a lot about Penelope since she has been in a foster environment. We now know that she does NOT like other cats but she adores dogs! Go figure! We have learned that when she is in a home without other cats, she is very outgoing, sweet and affectionate and loves attention. We don't know how she would feel about a boisterous household with young children, but she may prefer the more quiet life.
