This fabulous and amazing boy needs a miracle! He was abandoned quite a long time ago and the neighbourhood had been keeping eye on him for years, but it took someone new moving to actually get him help. They reached out to us for help. It turns out this boy is UBER sweet! He is affectionate and loving, calm, quiet, easy going... the purrfect companion... the reason he needs a miracle is because he tested positive for Feline Leukemia. The good news is that since he is 6 years old and very healthy, there is a good chance that he is only a carrier. However, he would still be unsafe for other kitties to be around. So, this boy needs a compassionate, loving person who is willing to take a chance on him and has no other cats. The virus is not contagious to other species (dogs or humans, etc). So, he would be a perfect friend for someone without other cats. Could that possibly be you? It is nearly impossible to find homes for FeLV+ kitties, most shelters and rescues automatically put them to sleep because it is so difficult to find homes...
