This beautiful, lynx-point mix cat, Honey, joined the FLUFF family in early April. She was rescued by a nice couple who heard her singing outside their third floor apartment. Because she is a very friendly kitty, it was assumed she had escaped her home, but after several days with no one trying to find her, the next assumption was she had been abandoned. The rescuers already had a houseful of pets and reached out to us. Honey arrived 4 weeks pregnant. She gave birth on May 6th, adding seven gorgeous tabbies to our foster program. Now that her kittens are weaned, it is time for Honey to retire and become the cat of luxury she so deserves. Honey likes chin scratches and to be gently brushed. Not quite a lap cat, she does enjoy sitting next to you, sometimes napping. She eats with gusto and guards her food a little like the smartest kid in class guards her math test. This may be because shes had so many mouths to feed and protect.
